Depends on the country and blazon of business organisation you lot are dealing with. Your products/services are being traded with in state or locally and then their will be no trouble for the visitor. However, if your visitor involved in trading on different parts of the world and other visitor too and so there will exist clash between your and other company dealing same products/services with same proper noun at the same location.

I think the question everyone should be asking you showtime is, why are you naming your company exactly the same as an existing company in the same industry but in a dissimilar state? I mean, is the proper noun that good? and if it is, wouldn't that be a problem for the other company and you lot as well when customers start getting confused and potentially retrieve that both companies are the same? If y'all still want to exercise this for some reason that I volition not understand, then the easiest style to notice out about this is to enquire a trademark lawyer.

The best case of what could happen is the case of Nissan Computer in the The states.
